Trouble accepting an invitation

I work for Univerisity and 7 of the secretaries use Groove to share a staff
calendar. One person just got a new computer and so we reinvited her to the
site. She gets this message after clicking the invite email:

"C:\DOCUME~1\RECEP~`.....Temp\GrooveInvitation-8.grv could not be opened
because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the
association in your preferences."

This indicates that either the .grv file type is associated with something
other than Groove, or that it is associated with Groove, and Groove is not
installed. Repairing the Office Groove installation should fix the first
problem.

I'll give you a pointer to the full uninstall/reinstall procedure in your
latest thread, as it would be the easiest solution for your problems if the
account data is not important. I just wanted this note here in case someone
else searched on the thread later.
