Trouble activating Office SB 2007

I've just built a new PC and purchased and installed XP (oem version).

I also purchased MS Office Small Business 2007 with Office Professional
Trial (Medialess License Kit).

As the PC I built was not a "Microsoft Office Ready PC" I downloaded and
installed a trial version of MS Office Small Business 2007 from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/suites/FX101674111033.aspx

When I try to activate my copy of Office Small Business it doesn't recognise
the 25 character product key.

Any suggestions?

The MLK key doesn't unlock the trial version that can be downloaded. It is
for the trial preinstalled on the computer by the computer manufacturer but
since you didn't purchase the computer but built it, you are probably out of
luck with the purchase of the key.
