Trouble getting email account added to Send/Receive in Outlook 200

I have added a new email account but it doesn't get added to the send/receive
routine even though I have included it.

Version of Outlook?
Which account type did you add?
Where did you made your changes? New accounts are automatically added to the
default Send/Receive group.
