Scott G.
I'm having trouble importing negative currency numbers from a text file into
an Access table. The number in text is semi-colon delimited and represented
as a negative sign followed by the number with two decimal spaces and no
currency symbol (dollar or otherwise).
I thought it might be a bug for which a service pack would correct, but I'm
running Access 2000 build 9.0.6926 with service pack 3 (apparently the most
recent), and looking through the updates available, I only see two more
current updates, but regarding the snapshot viewer which would have nothing
to do with this issue.
Any assistance you could provide (or more knowledge of this problem in
Access, if any problem truly exists) would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and best regards.
