Hi
Every time I try to import a pdf to my remote website, I get an error message saying it was not possible to rename my pdf file. I am quite lost, any help would be appreciated. Clearly something is wrong
Thanks

What version of FrontPage?
What type of Windows are you using for FrontPage editing?
Is the web application you are having problems with on the same machine, or
is it being edited elsewhere?
There are a lot of questions on this one, as I have not seen this before.

If it is your local machine, I have an idea that you can try, however. Open
Windows explorer and add the PDF files to the FrontPage web directly. Then,
open FrontPage and hit F5 to recalculate the entire web. If they appear, it
is an import problem with FrontPage. If not, you can also try opening the
web server admin (if on XP Pro, it is the IIS Manager under Administration
Tools (in Control Panel if you have not add Administration Tools to the
start menu)).

How are you importing, via the FP File Menu | Import or drag/drop into the current open FP web?

I've had this problem in FP 2000 for a long time and the
only solution I've found is the one suggested below.
Sometimes, to get it to publish, I've had to import the
file over itself. I.E. you put the file in through Windows
Explorer, then you import in Front Page and choose the
same file.
