Trouble Installing Excel

Hi,

I'm running Windows98, and trying to install Microsoft
Office 2000. Windows has been successfully installed, but
when I click on the Excel application icon, I get an error
message showing the file page and saying it's not a valid
Win32 document. Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?
