Trouble moving emails and folder settings over network...

Im currently trying to move my email settings, including
emails, folder structures, and contacts from Outlook
Express on one computer to Outlook 2003 on another
computer. If it would help, I could install Outlook
Express on the new computer, but I cant find what files
to move, where everything's located... Any ideas?
Anything at all would be greatly appreciated.
