Trouble opening attachments in Outlook 2003

Suddenly, I am unable to open any attachment in Outlook 2003 with an
"envelope" icon. All others work. I have checked the configuration against
those of other computers I use and can find no differences. Any help out
there?

Yes. But it is also loaded on all other machines I own with no problem.
