Trouble Publishing to FTP Provider

I have designed my web page and I'm ready to publish it. However, when I
start the
publish command, after a few minutes I get this error.

425 Can't Build Data Connection
Connection Timed Out.

I don't know if this is a problem with my internet provider or with
FrontPage. I use
Earthlink and am trying to upload my personal page(s). They provide free 10
mg
space.

Any suggestions? Please respond to my e-mail address.

Hi Tim,

Contact Earthlink. The server extensions are in need of repair or do not
exist.
