I am having trouble both setting tabs and seeing them.
to set them I am highlighted text and then dragging a tab style (left
margin) to the ruler. Then I start typing, but my text stays put where my
page margin is set.
to see them I select tools/options/character tabs (in the fomratting marks
sections) but I don't see any arrows.
Any advice as to what I'm doing wrong would be helpful. --
