trouble trying to customize stickynote

I want to customize the stickynote form. StickyNote shows up in the
"standard forms library" when I select "choose form" but it is not available
when I select "design form". How do I modify or create a new form that is
similar to the stickynote.

I'm running Outlook 2003 SP1.

The stickynote is not a customizable form. Instead, consider using the Post form, which is the simplest of the built-in forms.
