Trouble uploading a .wmv file to front page 2003

hi, first time trying to upload a .wmv file to front page 2003.

when I cut and paste I get an error message that says:
could not load
C:documen~1\default\locals~1\temp\frontpagetempdir\wp6tclz2.wmv

this is not the name of the file or location that I am trying to cut an
paste from.
also on another try, the error message is the same but the .wmv file numbers
at the end of the error message are different

Also the same message if I try to use the insert file button

You could be hitting the 1 MB file upload limitation, in which case your web host has to increase
the file upload size value.
