I have a client who, when she opens a document in Word,
uses the "Find" menu choice under the "Tools" menu in Word
2000. When she puts in her variables and chooses "Find
Now," it kicks her out of the program.
I tried recreating the normal.dot file and uninstalling
and reinstalling Office (Professional). Problem still
occurs.
It's difficult to search for this kind of problem on the
Knowledge base. Has anyone seen this before?
