I'm a new user to Outlook 2002. I recently purchased a PDA and installed
Outlook 2002 with the sync software from the manufacturer. Outlook opens up
just fine, and seems to sync well, however I can't access anything once it's
open. When I try to open the contact list, or a task I immediately get a
message saying "Microsoft Outlook has experienced a problem and must shut
down..." and it shuts the whole thing down. Also, I have problems with
e-mail. I have comcast as an internet service and had assistance from them
to set my e-mail up, but that doesn't work either. The test message went
through fine and said it was successful, but I can't send or receive mail
through it. I'm really at a loss here...it's new to me and looks great, but
I can't use it. I've called HP (make of PDA) and Dell (make of my computer)
and nobody can help...can you???
