troubleshoot printer - what you see is not what you get

Hi, I recently upgraded to Office 2007. I needed to convert an org chart into
the new smart format. It looks fine on screen in the presentation as well as
in the print preview. My printer driver for a Canon printer worked fine
before but now the new smart object prints out completely squashed into the
right side of the print out. Other elements of the slide are fine and print
as expected, do I need to recreate the smart org chart? Would love to save
myself from that rather tedious task.
Thanks for your suggestions

Hi Steve,

thanks for your suggestions. I tried first high quality, that was not
working, then I unchecked high quality but this was not working either.

The Canon printer is a network printer, but I connect via local set-up using
UFR printer driver which worked so far best especially for huge ppt and pdf
files.

And yes, I installed Service Pack 2.

Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks for your help
Claudia
