(K6:K500,"O"),--COUNTIF(K6:K500,"W"),--COUNTIF
(K6:K500,"NA")

What's wrong with this? Can anyone help?

I'm trying to determine success.

In column K there are 5 codes:
S = Successful
U = Unsuccessful
NA = N/A
W = Waiting List
O = Open

I want to determine the percentage of cases that were
successful without counting W, N/A, and O.
