The journal feature in my Outlook 2007 is not working properly, and I can't
find any information on how to troubleshoot it. It records my e-mail
messages, but it is not recording Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or Project
files that I work on. One thing that happens that I don't understand is when
I go to Tools/Options/Journal Options and make changes, the "Apply" button
stays grey on the Options frame.
My IT department is clueless and Micorsoft won't talk to me because I'm not
listed on the site license. Any help would be deeply appreciated!!
