Troubleshooting Note Flag Summary Page - Need Help

Hello One Note users.

I have developed a curious problem. I am trying to create note flag summary
pages, sorted on "Note Flag Name" - but I am coming up with multiple,
different note flags in each section. I need a separate page for each note
flag, but now they are all jumbled up. Don't see the reason why.

Any suggestions?

Hey TrackZilla -

Thanks for your response. There is actually a different manual work around
for that - if you have your notes grouped by note flag name, you can collapse
all of the note flag names that you DON'T want, and then when you create the
summary page, only the one(s) you want will appear.

My problem is somewhat different - the note flags grouped under note flag
name no longer correspond to the note flag name! It would be easier to show
this visually, but this is what my lists are looking like:

Note Flag Name: (blue box icon) "#14 Things that are blue"
(green circle) - note text note text note text
(yellow box) - note text note text note text
(yellow box) - note text note text note text
(yellow box) - note text note text note text
(red target) - note text note text note text

See? The items in my list don't correspond with the note flag at all. It's
crazy.

I have done the following things:

* I have changed the order of the note flags
* I have changed a note flag for a section of text (but not enough to
explain the above)

Are any of these things known to be buggy? If I can't get to the bottom of
this, I will have a lot of copying and pasting to do.

Just wanted to provide an update on my own issue ...

I believe that the cause of my troubles were indeed due to re-ordering note
flags. Beware! In my innocence I thought I could use that feature to organize
my flags, but after reordering, my Note Flag summary pages were a complete
mess, and I had to resort to manually copying and pasting paragraphs into the
right sections.

Save yourself some work if this is an important feature for you - don't
re-order your note flags!!
