Is there a published procedure for troubleshooting MSP 2003 Client Logon
problems?

I was able to logon with the MSP Client my laptop, now I am unable to do so.
I am able to logon with the MSP client on my desktop: I believe the issue
resides on my laptop. I did play with security settings to have the web
browser prompt for credentials. Would this hose me over with the MSP Client?

The error message I receive is:
====================

The server at 'http://front/projectserver' returned the following error to
Project.
