troubleshooting reminders

I am using MS Outlook 2003, and my reminders have ceased to function -they
are not turned off, and i get an error messgae when system searches for them.

Cannot find 'Troubleshoot Reminders' in 'Help'

I would start by running the cleanreminder command-line switch.

Cose Outlook then click Start, point to Run, type outlook /cleanreminders,
and then click OK.


Also make sure that your Outlook is updated with all latest patches

Could try the reset folders switch, however I still have many other users I
have not been able to get to work. My users sweem to be tied into a
blackberry issue some how. Unable to locate a good fix at this time.
