Truncated Access report when Publishing with Word

Hi

Has anyone ever experienced this problem? When I Print preview a report, it is formatted correctly and then entire description box is visible. However, when the document is Published with Word, the description field is truncated. In the example below--- the (Date.) is truncated

13.1.12 For XXXXX business, apply new suspension, 12345, on an adjustment claims if
the adjustment date is greater than four years from the earliest finalization (Date.

Is this a design issue with the report

It may be just a matter of space (metrics), but it could also be this bug:
