We use Microsoft 2002 with Exchange 5.5 we have a problem that only
effects one user. When she uses the insert hyperlink function for a
folder in a shared drive it truncates the path so that it no longer
works.
For instance.
file://G:\Industrial Engineering\Reports\Daily
Activiity\Engineering\COST EFFICIENCY - 040330.XLS
becomes
file://G:EngineeringReportsREPORT - 040330.xls
Its like its converting the hyperlink to the actual file name when it
gets to the recipient.The drive is shared by all so rights are not the
issue.
