Truncating one character when printing brochures.

when trying to print brochures with publisher, the last character on page is
truncating. When I do a print preview it shows me also that the last
character will truncate. Is it the print program or something I am doing
wrong in publisher?

It's your printer. There is a physical limit on how close to the edge it
can print.

Suggestions:
a) Print to larger paper and trim down
b) Buy a printer that supports full bleed printing
c) Design a little bit further away from the edge
