trusted server errors

I've installed project 2002 pro and project server and
every time I try to update the server I get the error "You
are about to send information to an untrusted microsoft
project server...". I have gone into IE and made this
server a trusted server, but I still get the message. If I
click on the button on this dialog saying "Make site
trusted", I get "The site ... could not be added to your
trusted sites zone".

How can I fix this!?!?!

Well, that's the obvious one. Do you get this error on every system? Only
one?
