Trusted Sites Error

We have a new installation of PWA, Server 2007, and have upgraded from
Project 2003-2007.
The first time we tried to create a new project using the project guide,
encountered an error that our server URL was not a Trusted Site.
Added the server to trusted sites with no luck.
Then Unchecked the box in the Security options of Project for "Require
Project Server and Worspaces to be added to Internet Explorer as Trusted
Sites". We were then able to create a project, but now the same error comes
up again in Resource Center Actions, Status Report Actions, etc.
Any ideas?

Hi Lisa,

when you say "no luck" did you mean no luck adding the site to the trusted
site?
If so, then you will need to make sure that PWA is a trusted site. Let me
know if this resolves the issue

We added the Project Server URL to the trusted sites list, but I am still
encountering the error in some places. For example, in the Resource Center
when I choose Actions, then I get the trusted sites error and it won't let me
proceed.

Hi Lisa,

Have you put the top domain level URL into the trusted site which is:

http:nameofserver ( without the "/pwa")

Do you still have the issue when you add that to your trusted site?
