Try again: Creating a new project from template on server

We've put project templates in Project Server. I want project managers to
be able to use them in Project Pro.

Is there a way to have the templates listed in the "New Project" left-side
panel in Project Pro when I click File-New?

If not, can I at least have this panel show a direct link (and obvious) link
to a form that has the Project Server templates?

Currently, I'm asking the users to click File-New, then "On my computer..."
in the panel, then Enterprise Templates. This sequence isn't obvious and
rather indirect.
