I don't use MSN so I'm really not the best person to answer this question.
I went to
www.msn.com (seems an obvious place to start) and at the bottom
there is a link for Help. there are several choices there for the MSN
product that you want help for. And if that doesn't help, there's a Contact
Us link.

Unable to close alternate e-mail MSN accounts. I have tried through

main account but the only one that it will close is the account I want

HOw am I suppose to contact MSN directly when it is impossible????? I
have tried all avenues and if there one there please direct me because I
am really frustrated.
I have tried MSN.com and nothing. I have tried Help and was directed to questions that don't fit my problem. I was directed here during one of my attempts elsewhere. This is the reason why I am here.
