trying to creat an employee work schedule

I am trying to set up a schedule for my husbands employees. He has several
employees on 6 on 2 off rotation, and a few on a 5 on 2 off rotation. I am
wondering if their is a way to imput this info excel or outlook (or some
other program) and create schedules without having to manually enter
everything. Currently I use a spread sheet, wich works but is time
consuming. The rotation never changes, so it seems redundent to enter the
info over and over again.

I just found this forrum, I have been trying for a long time to figure this
out, perhaps I need to buy a scheduling program?? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
