Trying to create some charts - how do I do this?

I have worksheets label by differant dates (11-20-05, 11-27-05, 12-05-05,
etc...)
Each sheet has data that has been extrated from data below it. The columns
are:Total (starts at column b)
All-active
DE-active
CO-active
TH-active
DU-active
PV-active
All-Pend
DE-Pend
CO-Pend
TH-Pend
DU-Pend
PV-Pend


and the rows are differant cities

I would like to create a chart for each city, with the points being from the
date (worksheet name) and a differant color for each of the items listed
above. How do i do this?
