Trying to download Office 2007 Beta

I've been trying to find the Office 2007 Beta version for download and can't
find it anywhere. I found the tech refresh and tried to run that and nothing
happens because it says that I have nothing to update. So... where can I get
the regular office beta download? I've been at this for 3 days now. Please
help.
