I don't know much about computers and hope that someone
can help me not put it in the trash!!
I have been trying to download upgrades from the website.
I keep having the same problems....lots of failed
downloads and then it restarts my computer and basicaly
makes me re-install my original software from scatch. I
am using Windows 2000 professional. It only has a service
pack of 1 so that is why I am trying to download 4.
one message:
Cannot copy file c/iconfig.exe.

I don't want to reboot my computer because I know it will
make me re-do everything!!
