Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap I suddenly have constant stall problems -- the whirling rainbow ball of death. trying to verify/rebuild but the first step is to turn off office notifications. I can't do that because it's a rare moment that I don't have the rainbow ball of death. what should I do?

also. I have been deleting loads of mail via webmail. this might be causing more difficulties everytime i try to use entourage again.

Have you restarted your computer? That's the first step in situations like
this.

If you only have an IMAP account, create a new Identity in Entourage, enter
your account info and let it sync back up. Do the beachballs go away?
