Trying to get "prize" from Microsoft

ANY MS People out there that can help? I won a copy of Office 2007 for taking
part actively in the SBA beta trials. I was promised my copy of Office 2007
Pro when it was released. I have not received it yet and my last email to the
person below failed.

Instead of posting here, why not contact Microsoft directly? And if you were
part of the official beta trials, you should have some sort of a point of
contact for that.
