trying to get Word to print field bookmarks in a form.

how would I go about getting Word to show and/or print field bookmarks in a
form that I created?
All I get is {FORM CHECKBOX} throughout the document

Press Alt+F9 to hide the field codes. Is this what you were looking for, or is
there something more?

And if Cindy's suggestion doesn't help, then in Word click on
Tools | Options | View tab | uncheck the boxes for "All", "Hidden
text", and "Field codes" | Print tab | uncheck the "Hidden text"
and "Field codes" boxes | OK.
