Trying to Install BCM; already have MS Outlook 2007--getting error

Hello

keep getting an error message saying BCM failed to install due to some
setuptmp. Everytime I try again, same message pops up. I need Help!

Sounds like you have old unfinished installation files and setup info lying
around. Try using a good quality registry cleaner eg Registry Mechanic, and
some basic housekeeping like clearing all your temporary files and try
again.
