trying to install microsoft office standard edition 2003....

i registered for the free trial of microsoft office std ed 2003 and followed
all the directions for downloading, but it did not download and i keep
getting the msg saying "fatal error" when trying to download. is there
anyway possible to get this corrected?

My laptop came with a 60 day trial to MS Office 2003 Standard Edition. I got
the laptop on Dec. 23, 2004 and could never use MS Office. I tried to open it
but i need the Product Key from the Certificate Of Authenticity to start
using Office but my laptop never came with the COA so what should I do???
