THE PHOTOS SHOW AS AN EMPTY BOX WITH A LITTLE RED X IN THE LEFT CORNER?

With out seeing your site or knowing what version of publisher you are using
and what browser you are using it's hard to say.

So I will take a stab at it.

Do you have a folder named "index_files"? If so, upload it and all its
contents to the server.

If not, give us more details and the link to your site.

Oh yes, BTW turn off the caps !!!!
