trying to link a sub report and a report using a non ID field

Hello,

I have a query that brings the sum of each organization's
estimation in each paragraph (there are 5 possible
paragraphs)
The resulted table contains :
organization, estimation and paragraphNum.

In the main report, I show the estimation for each
subject and then I would like to show the estimation for
each organization, ie to sum the estimations of the
subjects that appear in the same organization. The query
for that is the query that I mentioned a bove.

I tried to add this query as a sub report to my report,
using 'organization' field as the linking fields.

When I triesd to open the report, I got the following
error: 'This expression is typed incorrectly, or it is
too complex to be evaluated.........'

One more important thing to mention is that when I tried
to create the child-parent link, I got the following
message: 'You must add field playerID to your record
source if you want to use this link'.

The thing is that now I don't want to use the playerID,
but the organization field.

Does anybody have any idea why I have been asked to do
that?
