error 1312 "c:program files\common files\system\ole db:
already installed. end of instalation. I have spent over
1 hour trying to get on line help from Microsoft or just
send an email to some tec. group but everything is a dead
endand. You support system is a rat mase. I hope you never
need tec help from Mircosoft.

I need help!

What operating system are you trying to install the Office program on? Did
you disable your antivirus program before beginning installation? How much
free space do you have on Drive C:\? Did you have a previous Office
installation on the drive? Did you scandisk and defrag before installing?

Also, you might want to try this KB article (found by simply inputting
"error 1312"):
