trying to load office 2000 "\pfiles\common\system\mapi\1033 ?

please help i am attempting to load office professional 2000 into my system
but I keep getting an error for a missing file
/pfiles\common\system\mapi\1033\nt/scanpst.hlp. it then cancels the
installation

i need word asap!!!!!
