Hello,
When opening Office applications and attempting to 'Open' folders and files,
the application stops responding, the windows go white and the program
restarts, after trying to work out what the problem was.
I am using Vista, with Office Standard 2007 (upgrade version). I was
previously using Office XP. I have installed the Compatability pack, but this
has not solved the problem. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling,
but this does not work.
Can anyone help? Microsoft call centre couldn't.
