trying to overprint keyline on inserted pictures

Publisher claims to overprint black lines by default. I've had absolutely no
luck getting this to actually happen. I've tried the settings under
Commercial Printing Tools, both the Publication and the Per Object settings.
I've tried both with a line color applied to the picture box itself, and with
a separate box object overlapping the picture. Anyone know the secret
password or trick to make this actually work? Thanks!

Thank you for the link, but I've read through everything I could find in the
help and discussions. Here's a little more detail on what I'm fighting. I'm
ultimately trying to generate a PDF that can be used to build press sheets in
InDesign. I can print color seps from Publisher to our color copier, and the
lines overprint. If I try to output a composite CMYK file through the Adobe
PDF printer, or even directly to our RIP, the keylines knock out. I found
some instructions on configuring the Adobe PDF driver to work with Publisher,
and just tried those, and still have keylines knocked out. Any ideas on what
I'm missing or what the trick is? Thanks....

Sorry, we don't have PitStop and there's no chance of purchasing it. Thanks...

After cashing in one of our two free support calls to Microsoft, it was
determined that all of Publisher's "Commercial Printing Tools" concerning
overprinting apply ONLY when Publisher itself generates the separations. Any
composite output ignores these settings completely, and there is no way to
work around this limitation within Publisher. Thanks for the help...
