Trying to publish and getting an error

Everytime I try to publish my web I get a Microsoft Front
Page error that says "The server timed out. The current
request did not complete successfully."

Any ideas on what to do? I've already contacted my host
site and they suggested that I reboot my computer and try
again - that my ISP could have a slow connection. I've
done that three times already and since it was saying it
was a Microsoft Front Page error I thought I'd come back
to the source.

Thanks in advance.

How many files are in your Web site?

How many megabytes are in your Web site?

How are you connecting to the Internet? Dial-up? DSL?
Cable modem?

I have a similar problem but I have now noticed that I
don't have enuf memory with my host. I've just increased
this and hope it solves the problem
