Trying to publish using Publisher 2003 website. HELP!!

1. I have followed all the instructions outlined on the Publisher Web Design
2003 page. I always get the message "cannot find the URL ..." I am using the
same company to host another web site for me. I can upload to that website
and make changes, etc, with no problem. I must be missing someting basic, but
I can't figure out what.

I get this error message every time I start up publisher:

"Publisher cannot load the speller or dictionary.

To install the Spell Check and Hyphenation dictionary, run Publisher
Setup again and choose Custom Installation. For information on running
Setup, press F1."

My Publisher installation was a part of Office 2003.

I followed the instructions of choosing Custom Installation and it made
not difference. I can't find any way of locating the dictionary or
setting dictionary options within Publisher.

Anyone help?

Go to the control panel, Add & Remove programs, select Office 2003, click change. On
the maintenance mode options page, click detect and repair errors in my Office
installation. Click to select the "Restore my Start Menu Shortcuts" check box then
click "Install." You may have to restart your computer.
