Trying to reregister Office 2003 after formatting hard drive

I am no the wrong notice board but cannot get any sense
anywhere else so I thought I would try here. I have just
formatted my harddrive and when I try to regisiter Office
2003 it keeps telling me that I have "tried to register
this product too many times ??? I have only registered it
one computer, formatted it, left it about a month as I
have unrelaible connections here in Thailand - and now
have no way of contacting MS to ask how I can reregister
the product ??? All I get is this is the wrong code for
the wrong Country when I try and ask MS a qutesion on line
through their website.

ANY HELP AT ALL WOULD BE VERY VERY MUCH APPRECIATED !!!!!
