Trying to run Visio standard 5.0 in Windows XP

Is it possible to run visio standard 5.0 in windows xp?
I was finally able to install Visio 5.0 and I set the
compatibility mode to Windows 95 and I also tried Windows
98 via rightclick/properties/copatibility but when I try
and run visio I get the following message "Visio is
incompatible with this version of Windows. For more
information, contact Microsoft." Is it ok to click
continue and run the program without causing any
problems? Anyone have any problems doing this?
