trying to save a monogram I created

Hi
I have Word 2000
Windows XP
I am trying to create a wedding monogram in Word.
It is with our intials and wedding date inside a heart shape.
Okay now I have it grouped.
But how do I save it as a jpg so that I can insert it into other documents?
Thanks in advance.

Copy and paste it into Paint to save it as a .bmp.

(Why didn't you create it in a graphics program to start with? I see this a
lot and I don't understand why anyone would do it in Word.)
