Trying to uninstall Access

I'm trying to uninstall Microsoft Access. I have the original 2003 Office
installation disk and the uninstaller is asking for SKU111.cab. This .cab
doesn't exist on the installation CD but the CD does contain SKU0A4.cab,
SKU011.cab,SKU.026.cab, SKU.03B.cab, SKU.026.cab, SKU051.cab, SKU0A1.cab,
and SKU.017.cab. I've search the entire C: disk and the backups but it seems
this file was never on my computer. How can I finish the installation? I've
Googled SKU111 and found plenty of people with problems with this file
trying to do other things but haven't found any solution for my particular
problem. TIA
