trying to update 2003 and keep getting troubleshooter

update shows me that i need 2 updates for Office 2003 basic. when i click the
agree button it goes thru install wizard and then gives me the troubleshooter
screen. Have tried doing each one seperatly with same result. Suggestions
please.
