How can I make Russian TTS engine to work. I've
downloaded all the components from microsoft dowload page
(including,character/agent, Russian TTS, SAPI). What do I
need to do.

Help is very much appreciated.

Try asking your question in microsoft.public.msagent. I've found the people
there to be very helpful.
